Roosters Men’s Grooming Center Manager

Management candidate should have at least 2-3 years of salon management experience doing scheduling, training, marketing and business development functions. Candidate will be

responsible for servicing customers as well.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Licensed in the State of MD

· Possession of good technical skills

· Willingness to follow proven processes

· Professional demeanor

· Excellent communication skills

· Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

· Must have good computer skills (word and excel)

· Prior Management experience managing a group of 6+ employees

· Willing to work hard, build relationships and assist in growing customer base

· Will be responsible for providing services to customers and managing all aspects of

the business (Revenue/product goals, daily shop operations, staffing/scheduling,

education initiatives, and business development).
